The Juniper Room was the main lodge’s original master bedroom, way back when, with sliding doors opening to a private porch. It’s perfect for taking in views of the neighboring forest and gardens. The juniper bushes have been replaced with wildflowers. Listen for woodpeckers and songbirds, sit a spell, or just take in the quiet of the forest. This large room decorated with antique hunt prints, offers furnishings like a hand-carved cherry desk and dresser which complement the king size four-poster bed and additional twin bed. Also featured are country oak floors and handmade oriental rugs. A spacious bathroom, adorned with a beautiful antique cherry mirror, hung on warm pinewood walls, handmade juniper berry tiles frame the sink counter and a two person shower waits to refresh you.
