CANCELLATIONS

Reservations are taken for your room or rooms Only by telephone or in
person.
We agree to turn away all other requests for the room you select and guarantee to hold it for the day's you request.You agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you reserve it. Our acceptance of your deposit is the confirmation of your reservation. A credit Card, preferably American Express is accepted as only a temporary deposit, within ten days, we must receive a check for 50% of the reservation. We will call you as soon as we receive your deposit to confirm your reservation.
Deposits, will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 14 days in advance, after this time there will be no refunds, or credits. We are a small inn, off the beaten path, it is very difficult to re rent your room on short notice.
The Cancellation fee is $20.00, per room, but when booking 3 rooms or more, the cancellation period is 30 days in advance, and cancellation fee is 15%.
We accept friendly, well trained, house broken pets at a $ 25.00 extra charge per day. Please see our pet policy page for details.
There is a two-night minimum (Summer/Fall season) on weekends and a three-night minimum on Holiday weekends. Sundays and Fridays can be booked for one night if necessary for your travel plans.
Extra person charge $50.00. Well behaved children over the age of 9 years old will be accepted at this extra charge.
Check-in time 3:00 pm -7:00 pm. Checkout time is 11:30am.
Please advise us of early or late arrivals, so we may make arrangements for your arrival.
Breakfast is served between the hours of 8:30 am until 10:00 am.
